Victor Okullu is a Kenyan utility player currently in the ranks of Kenyan National Super League side Nairobi City Stars.

Okullu is a graduate of National Youth Talent Academy (NYTA), a partnership between United Nations International Children's Educational Fund (UNICEF) with the Government of Kenya through respective Ministries formed back in 2009.[1]

He is one of the players who were scouted from Safaricom's Sakata Ball in 2010 to NYTA for professional football development.

After his apprenticeship, he was forwarded to Kenyan Premier League side Nairobi City Stars in 2011 to develop his game at the highest possible level.[2][3]

Prior to joining City Stars, Okullu made the Kenya U23 squad coached by Bob Oyugi as the NYTA team represented Kenya in 2011 All Africa Games in April 2011.[4][5]

A month later, in May of the same year, he was part of Kenya's U-18 team coached by Malindi Academy's Ricardo Botta, an Italian, that featured in an U18 International tournament for the Amateur and Youth in Umbria, Italy.[6]

At the onset of 2014 Okullu was one of four players called in to beef up F.C. Talanta - a club formed in 2012 to incubate the finest products from NYTA - to boost their chances of promotion to flight football. The team had fallen short at the end of 2013 during their first time of asking in the second tier.[7][8]

From F.C. Talanta Okullu moved to KCB for the first six months of 2016.[9] He returned to F.C. Talanta at the start of 2017 after a massive overhaul of the side that did duty in 2016.[10][11]

In June 2017 Okullu was one of four players roped in by Premiership side Mt Kenya United F.C..[12] He featured for the club till the end of that year.[13] Thereafter he was back to where it all began - at Nairobi City Stars.
