The Victorian Junior Basketball League (VJBL) also known as (Melb UTD. VJBL) is a Junior Semi-Professional Basketball League where the highest level of junior basketball competition in Victoria, Australia is played[5]. The (VJBL) is made up of 54 Junior Basketball Clubs[6] which usually is made up by at least one Junior Domestic Association (Junior Amateur Competition). Competitions in the VJBL is played from Under-12 Age Groups to Under 20 Age Groups and is graded with sub-leagues. At its highest is the Victorian Junior Championship League (VC) and regional competitions. Clubs compete in seasons that last half a year or two school terms.[7]
