Vinko Petković

Vinko Petković (born 1 October 1995) is a Croatian professional football player who plays as a forward for Croatian club NK Zadar. Petković was born in Šibenik, where he started playing at the age of 6 for the local football club HNK Šibenik. As one of the most talented young players when aged 16 he made a transfer to RNK Split, where he spent two years. Afterwards he played for NK Zagora Unešić, NK Hrvatski Dragovoljac, NK Orkan Dugi Rat, HNK Zmaj Makarska, and NK GOŠK Dubrovnik, before coming to Zadar in January 2018. He was the top goalscorer of the Croatian Third Football League divison South in the season 2017./18., scoring a total od 19 goals. He scored 8 goals playing for NK GOŠK Dubrovnik and 11 goals for NK Zadar, including the two decisive goals in the last game of the season against HNK Val Kaštel Stari, which Zadar won 2:1 and achieved the promotion to the Croatian Second Football League.
