Vinod Shantilal Shah Adani is an Indian businessman, elder brother of Gautam Adani, head of the Adani Group.
He is a director of Trident Trade and Investment Private Ltd, Pride Trade and Investment Private Limited, Radiant Trade and Investment Pvt Ltd, Ventura Trade & Investment Private Limited, Adani Power Pte Ltd, Adani Shipping Pte Ltd and Adani Power (Overseas) Limited, Adani Global Limited, Adani Enterprises Ltd, Adani Global FZE and Adani Bunkering Pte. Ltd.[1]
On 5 April 2016, the Adani Group sought to distance itself from media reports linking it to offshore entities in the Panama Papers, which were "mischievously sensationalising the matter".[2]
