Vinod Pradhan Bhanushali (born 15 January 1973) is the president of Global Marketing and Media Publishing for T-Series, a music record label and film production company in India founded by Gulshan Kumar in 1982.[1] His best known films include Aashiqui 2, Yaariyan, Bhootnath Returns,[2] Happy New Year, and Kick,[3] among others.
Early life[edit]
Bhanushali, born and brought up in Mumbai, is the eldest son to Pradhan Bhanushali and Jamna Ben Bhanushali. He completed his graduation with a bachelor's degree in commerce and then undertook further studies.[4] Married to Rinku Bhanushali on 29 December 1996, they have two daughters. The elder one, Dhvani Bhanushali[5] is a pop star who has given major hits like Vaaste and Leja Re,[6] which have over 1.4 billion views on YouTube. The younger daughter, Diya Bhanushali is still pursuing her studies.
Career[edit]
Bhanushali started working in his first year of college as a clearing and forwarding agent at the Mumbai Custom Docks for one and a half years. He then joined Sahara India television network as a Marketing Assistant, where he handled hardware marketing that included state of the art shooting floor with tele-climbers, which also had automatic light adjustment and a control room equipped with LDK 91 broadcast camera, and high-end beta cam edit suits. Post this job, he was hired by Gulshan Kumar, the founder of T-Series, where he will now complete 30 years working his way up the ladder in the company.
Having worked on over 700 film promotion campaigns with more than 100 production houses and major film studios from the entertainment industry, he also developed regional content and markets for colloquial languages like Punjabi, Marathi, Bhojpuri, and Gujarati.
Bhanushali has successfully delivered many hits as he joined hands with some of Bollywood's most renowned actors and like Shahid Kapoor for Kabir Singh,[7] Shraddha Kapoor and Prabhas for Saaho, John Abraham for Batla House,[8] Taapsee Pannu for Thappad, and Ajay Devgan for Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior to name a few. Some of his popular projects also include movies like Baby, Airlift, and more .

Music[edit]
Being an integral part of T-Series, Bhanushali has been working closely with Bhushan Kumar, the Chairman and Managing Director of T-Series, to ensure that the company maintains its position as number one in the music industry, for the past many years now. He has also led music campaigns for blockbuster films that include Kabir Singh, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety,[9] Luka Chuppi, and Batla House along with some iconic movies like Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Dil Chahta Hai, Dabangg, Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani, Tanu Weds Manu, Cocktail, and 3 Idiots among others.
He has worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry, singers and composers, which include Sonu Nigam, Kumar Sanu, Abhijeet, Anuradha Paudwal, Adnan Sami, Himesh Reshammiya, Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy, Yo Yo Honey Singh, and many more. Vinod Bhanushali has also helped new talents like Sachet Tandon and Parampara Thakur, Jubin Nautiyal, Armaan Malik, Amaal Mallik, and more to make it to the limelight.
Co-producer[edit]
While he continues to handle the marketing of T-Series home productions and music, Vinod Bhanushali since the past few years, has now come on board as a co-producer for several films.
He is well-known for co-producing movies with star-studded casts, which include Pati Patni Aur Woh, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan, Thappad, Saaho, Batla House, Kabir Singh, Street Dancer 3D and Marjaavaan among others.
