Virgin Islands Transit (VITRAN), a division of the Virgin Islands Department of Public Works (VIDPW), operates bus and ferry throughout the United States Virgin Islands.

Ferry Operations[edit]

St. Thomas - St. John[edit]

Ferries operate between the Urman Victor Fredericks Marine Terminal in Red Hook, St. Thomas and the Loredon L. Boynes Senior Dock in Cruz Bay, St. John. The Red Hook to Cruz Bay ferry runs from 5:30 am to 10:00 pm with ferries leaving roughly every hour. The trip takes about 20 minutes

St. Thomas - St. Croix[edit]

The Q4IV ferry operates between the Blyden Ferry Terminal in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas and Gallows Bay, St. Croix. The trip takes approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes.
