Early Life[edit]
He completed his primary education at All Saints Primary School, followed by secondary education at Bonus Pastor Seminary Osina and St. Mary's Seminary Umuowa. Virginus then obtained a diploma in Latin from Seat of Wisdom Seminary Owerri, which is affiliated with Urban University Rome. He obtained a bachelor degree in Computer Science from Imo State University.
