Vyas M.N. Prasad is a Singapore-based Senior Consultant Otolaryngologist and Head & Neck Surgeon. He is the founder of Absolute ENT, a specialist practice at Camden Medical Centre, Orchard, Singapore. He has over 25 years of experience in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, and laryngology, and has published extensively in international peer-reviewed journals.[1]

Education and Training

Prasad holds a MB BCh from Trinity College Dublin, University of Dublin, and an MSc from Imperial College, University of London. He holds the Diploma in Laryngology and Otology (DLO) and the FRCS (ORL-HNS) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, the highest specialist qualification in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

He completed specialist training at internationally recognised centres in the Oxford and London training programmes, including the Royal Marsden Hospital, the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, Barts and The London, Great Ormond Street Hospital, and The Royal Free Hospital.

He subsequently undertook fellowship training in Yvoir, Belgium, under Professor Marc Remacle, focusing on head and neck surgery and laryngology, including complex airway surgery and voice and swallowing disorders using laser and robotic technologies.

Career

Prasad has over 25 years of clinical experience in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery. He served as Director of ENT at Royal Healthcare Novena, Singapore, and as Consultant ENT Surgeon at Nuffield ENT, Wheelock, Singapore.

He currently consults at Absolute ENT, Camden Medical Centre, and Maeda Medical Clinic, Tanglin, Singapore. He holds a visiting consultant position at Raffles Hospital, Singapore.
