Vyre Network is an entertainment streaming platform. It distributes licenses to artists and creators for live streams, documentaries, and feature films[1]. It includes several different channels including True Magazine TV, Vyre Living, and It's Español TV. It launched in 2019. [2]

Vyre Network was co-founded by media entrepreneurs David Hill and Lamar Seay. David Hill was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he started True Magazine in 1999. Since then, he has created and managed companies such as RNB Magazine, Cash Crop Today, Artistic Data Agency (Media and Advertising,) DMH Empire Corp., Think Watts LLC, and DMH Luxury Leather. He has worked with big companies such as the National Space Society (NASA,) Roc-a-fella Records (Roc Nation,) Def Jam Recordings, Red Bull, Universal Records, and more. Lamar Seay was born in Trenton, New Jersey, and relocated to Los Angeles California in 2010. Lamar was an Accountant in the United States Marine Corps straight out of high school, where he graduated in 2000. He started out as a journalist for True Magazine in 2011, and within 6 months was promoted to Chief Editor. He has since become an owner in True and RNB Magazines, Cash Crop Media, and Innovative Branding Company (formerly known as Cre8t2 Branding Agency,) and helped create cannabis media outlet Cash Crop Today alongside longtime business partner David Hill. Lamar was nominated for one of the Black Tech Entrepreneurs to watch in 2020 by the popular website Change.org. He has written for companies such as True Magazine, RnB Magazine, Cash Crop Today, National Space Society (NASA,) and Yahoo.com. Lamar has produced interviews with some of Hip-Hop's biggest artists such as 2 Chainz, Common, YG, DJ Drama, French Montana, David Banner, Waka Flocka, Rick Ross, Ace Hood, and many more. The WNFC is owned and managed by Odessa "OJ" Jenkins, who was born and raised in Watts, California. She became the first women to obtain the coveted NFL Bill Walsh Diversity Internship in an on-field position by becoming a Running Back Coach for the Atlanta Falcons of the NFL. BXNG TV

Bxng TV (Pronounced Boxing TV) is Vyre's channel dedicated to live streaming professional boxing and boxers from across the globe. Spearheaded by Adam Glenn, CEO of Times Square Boxing, which is headquartered in New York City. Adam is the son of Jimmy Glenn, the legendary boxing trainer, cut man, and owner of "Jimmy's Corner," a very popular bar in Times Square, NYC. Boxer Deon Elam, formerly a contestant on "The Contender" also heads the channel with Adam. Deon, originally from Van Nuys, CA. As an amateur, Mr. Elam's record was 80-10, and he won the western trials in 2004. Jason Scalzo, Director of non-profit "Boxing is Love" and Boxraw, also handles sponsorships for the channel. True Magazine TV focuses on Hip-Hop entertainment, like documentaries, films, and music playlists. It was founded in 1999 and turned into a streaming service once it was bought by Vyre Network[4]. The True Magazine brand goes back to 1999, when it all started. True was once the #3 digital Hip-Hop magazine in the USA and has featured or interviewed some of the biggest artists such as Jay Z, Kanye West, 2 Chainz, Tyga, YG, French Montana, DJ Drama, Rick Ross, Common, Wiz Khalifa, DJ Khaled, and many more.

R&B Magazine TV

Vasool TV

Launched in June 2020, this channel focuses on Indian culture through short films and series. Its premier was teased with the release of the short film "Corona"[6]
