WARM

WARM is a British independent booking agency, record label and online record store based in Dorset, UK^[1].

Representing acts such as Hot Chip, Jungle, DJ Minx, Joe Goddard, Colleen "Cosmo" Murphy, Black Science Orchestra, David Kitt, Fila Brazillia, Henrik Schwarz, Alexis Taylor, Kiddy Smile, Pional, Gerd Jansen, Charlie Bones and Rahaan, WARM runs in conjunction with RE:WARM^[2]; a record label specialising in re-issues and compilations of undiscovered and rare music. The music label releases from a variety of different genres including Folk, Funk, Soul, Jazz, Dance and Electronica.

WARM has previously held DJ residencies at venues including Plastic People^[3]^[4], The End, Fabric and the Bussey Building^[5].

History

WARM was founded in 1999 by Ali Tillett in Bournemouth.

RE:WARM re-issued the Lucky Mireki single "You Got Me Dancing" in 2020 with support from Gilles Peterson at Worldwide FM.

WARM currently run live events with appearances from musicians including Richard Norris of The Grid.
