WYSJ-CD (channel 19) is a low-power, Class A television station licensed to Yorktown, Virginia, United States, serving the Hampton Roads area as an affiliate outlet for the diginet Story Television. The station is owned and operated by Weigel Broadcasting.

History

After a change of management, the station completed digital conversion in July 2015 and discontinued analog broadcasting. Since December 2015, it has been broadcasting a classic TV format. It was formerly a ShopHQ and Gospel Broadcasting Network affiliate. A nearby sister station, WJHJ-LP (channel 39), formerly rebroadcast WYSJ-CA and was later affiliated with The Walk TV.

On March 30, 2023, WYSJ-CD and WJHJ-LD were sold by Jacobs Broadcasting System to Tegna Inc.[1]

In February 2025, it was announced that WYSJ-CD would be sold to Weigel Broadcasting from Tegna for $675,000.[2]
