Wangkhemcha Chingtamlen[1] (born (1933-06-23) 23 June 1933 (age 93)[2], president of Kangleipak Historical And Cultural Research Centre, is a teacher, author, and researcher who is a pioneer of wide-spread publication of Kanglei PuYa Philosophy to native peoples, Sanamahists. Various research scholars use his work for reference.[3]. A very notable work on the research of Recognition of Handwritten Character of Manipuri Script used a reference to the book by Wangkhemcha Chingtamlen.[4] [5]. The History of Kangleipak (Manipur) vol II is a book written by him that many use as a reference in the scientific revival of the script in the Information Technology world. He also wrote the book "A historical evidence that proves the falsehood of present history, literature etc. of Manipur".[6]
