Waves of Change
Waves of Change is a nonprofit organization established in 2019 in Biarritz. The annual Waves of Change Forum[1][2][3] in Biarritz, France, brings together stakeholders from 5 continents.
Recent activity
The 2024 Waves of Change Forum was held in Biarritz from the 3-5th of June. The forum partnered with EcoLab, a public organization acting as the French Ministry of Ecological Transition's open innovation arm. The event attracted 285 qualified attendees.
French coastal cities, municipalities and ports such as Biarritz, Bidart, Le Havre-Rouen-Paris (HAROPA), Paris Terminal, Bayonne, St-Brieuc, and Bordeaux, along with international cities and ports like Yoff (Senegal), Pondicherry (India), NY & NJ Port Authority (USA) and Biarritz's sister city of Cascais (Portugal), were all present at the forum. These cities and ports shared their local environmental challenges and issues, seeking collaborative solutions and expertise from other participants.
