Wayne Palmer (author)
Wayne Palmer is an author and lecturer in the Department of International Relations at Bina Nusantara University in Jakarta, Indonesia.[1][2] He is an Indonesianist and a migration scholar.[3][4][5][6][7] Wayne received a Ph.D from the University of Sydney's Department of Indonesian Studies, and his first book is on the role of discretion in the design and implementation of Indonesia’s overseas labour migration programme.[8]
