By 2018, WeCP expanded its offerings to include role-specific assessments and competency-based evaluations.[13] In 2020, WeCP introduced AI-powered proctoring and skill gap analysis features to enhance security and accuracy in online assessments. By 2023, the company launched WeCP AI, an automated system for designing expert-level skill assessments based on simple text prompts.[14]
In 2025, WeCP introduced an AI Companion for candidate follow-ups, expanded English Pro to all language domains, enhanced ATS integration, and improved HR workflows, assessment templates, and test library management.[15]
