We Made A Beautiful Bouquet (花束みたいな恋をした Hanataba Mitaina Koi o Shita) is a 2021 Japanese romance film directed by Nobuhiro Doi, based on an original screenplay by Yuji Sakamoto, starring Masaki Suda and Kasumi Arimura. It became the 8th highest-grossing Japanese film of 2021.[1]
At the 45th Japan Academy Awards the film was nominated for Best Music and Outstanding Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role for Masaki Suda while Kasumi Arimura received the award for Outstanding Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role.[2]
Synopsis
A 22-year-old man (Masaki Suda) and a 22-year-old woman (Kasumi Arimura) both miss the last train at Meidaimae Station in Tokyo and meet there. Their relationship develops romantically.
