Wedding Bells is a 2019 Bangla web series starring Pritom Hasan and Sabila Nur. The series was directed by Ehsan Kabir.
Plot[edit]
Hasan (Hasan Amin) has a sweet brotherly relationship with Orko (Pritom Hasan). Both of them are photographers. Hasan gets an offer of wedding photography at a wealthy man's house situated on the outskirts of Dhaka. Orko becomes his companion for the job. Orko once dreamed of being a wildlife photographer but his destiny has led him to be a wedding photographer. His profession is not standard in a societal point of view which has led his girlfriend to break up with him. After reaching, the two friends encounter strange characters in the house. Although the bride's father (Mukul Jamil) is a wealthy man, he is a bit unruly by nature, a cricket fan who cries when he watches Hindi drama serials. Orko takes a stroll outside, far from the house where he discovers a young woman and begins to take her pictures on his camera. At the dining table, Orko discovers that the young woman he took pictures of, is the bride of the house. Soon, Shejin (Sabila Nur) puts down her guard and befriends Orko. They spend time together with the excuse of photography. Shejin studied in Australia where her boyfriend had cheated on her. She does not want to marry a stranger. The only way to stop the marriage is to retrieve Shejin's passport from her father. Orko takes the responsibility to steal the passport for the sake of his friendship. In a turn of events, Orko gets caught red-handed to Shejin's father. As a result, they get insulted and are asked to leave the house. Something shocking awaits for Orko and Hasan when they plan to return home.
