Wendy Lewis
Wendy Lewis is a co-founder and COO of Jeunesse Global, a beauty and wellness brand. Lewis founded Jeunesse Global in 2009 with her husband and business partner, Randy Ray.
Early Life
Wendy Lewis grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and attended the University of Pennsylvania for her undergraduate studies.
Education
Wendy Lewis attended University of Pennsylvania, where she studied mathematics and sociology. After graduating with her bachelor's degree, Lewis pursued and earned a master’s degree in Educational Psychology, Testing and Measurement Statistics from Temple University.
Career
Following her tenure as a mathematics teacher, Wendy Lewis began working with Randy Ray, who would eventually become her husband and business partner. In 1985, Lewis, along with Ray, founded the successful Automated Medical System Consultants. Lewis was the president and director of customer operations for AMSC, which was well known in the medical community for providing the best customer service in the network of 450 medical manager dealers. The company was the top medical practice management supplier in both sales and service for eight consecutive years, until they sold the company in 1994.
Lewis and Ray founded Jeunesse Global, an international, direct-selling beauty and wellness company, on September 9, 2009. Jeunesse was founded with the intention to "empower people to reach their full potential," with both the products and business model. The company's products all center around youth enhancement, and make up the Y.E.S. (Youth Enhancement System) offered by Jeunesse. Since its inception, Jeunesse Global has earned 544 awards.
Awards
Lewis has received several awards during her professional career, the most recent of which being the 2018 Women World Awards' Champion of the Year award. Much of Lewis' recognition stems from her philanthropy efforts in conjunction with her nonprofit, Jeunesse Kids, and her superior management skills within Jeunesse Global.
