When The Wind Blows is a 1984 folk music album by Eric Bogle, recorded at Studio 202 in Adelaide, Australia.[1] The album includes a tribute to Stan Rogers titled Safe In The Harbour. Eric also covered Stan's song Lock-Keeper which was released on the posthumous album From Fresh Water. When The Wind Blows is the highest charting album of Eirc Bogle's career, peaking at number 78 according to the Australian Music Report. [2]
