The Mrs. Giles Whiting Foundation, commonly referred to as the Whiting Foundation, is an American private foundation dedicated to supporting and promoting the arts, humanities, and creative writing. Established in 1971 by Flora Ettlinger Whiting, the foundation has played a significant role in fostering the talents of emerging writers, scholars, and artists across various disciplines.
