Whitney Stoppel[edit]

Dr. Whitney Stoppel is currently a faculty member and an assistant professor at the Chemical Engineering Department at the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering at the University of Florida. Previously, she had been a biomedical engineering instructor at Tufts University and an instructor as a postdoctoral scholar at the University of Massachusetts.[1]

Dr. Whitney Stoppel received a Ph.D in Chemical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She received a Bachelors of Science in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering at Tufts University.[2] Her current and past research interests and topics include biomaterials, cell-material interactions in vitro and in vivo, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, and rheology.
