Wies Bratby
Wies Bratby is a Dutch lawyer, career and salary negotiation coach, and founder of Women in Negotiation, an organization that trains and supports women to negotiate effectively for higher pay and career advancement. Early life and education
Wies Bratby studied law in the Netherlands.[1] After completing her legal education, she began her career as a corporate lawyer, working for an international firm before transitioning into human resources management.[2]
