Wilfrid Marcel Agnès

Wilfrid Marcel Agnès (April 16, 1920 – January 30, 2008) was a Canadian diplomat. He was the Chargé d'Affaires ad interim to Haiti (1974–1976), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Djibouti and concurrently to Ethiopia (1981–1984). Born in Montreal, Quebec, he lived during his childhood and formative years in France, and came of age under Nazi occupation. He resided in retirement in the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada.
