William Oris Worsham (born 1971) is an American attorney, judge, entrepreneur, author, and politician from Missouri. He is the founder of Worsham Law Firm, LLC, specializing in estate planning and business consulting. Worsham serves as a Municipal Judge for Rogersville and Strafford and has previously held judicial positions in Fair Grove and Billings. Since 2020, he has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in Estate Planning.[1]

Worsham was born in Springfield, Missouri, and raised in Rogersville, Missouri. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Drury University in 1993, graduating with honors. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1996.
Legal and Judicial Career
Worsham began his legal career as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Greene County from 1999 to 2002. In 2002, he founded Worsham Law Firm, LLC, which focuses on trust-based estate planning and business consulting.
In addition to his legal practice, Worsham serves as a Municipal Judge for Rogersville and Strafford and previously served as a judge for Fair Grove and Billings.
