William Shen (Chef)
William Shen, an American-Japanese-Taiwanese chef, known for his Neo-French Japanese cooking style, at only the age of 24, has received a 3-star review from acclaimed New York City food critic Adam Platt, from New York Magazine and Grub Street.
His namesake restaurant, Ato, was also named best restaurant in New York City in 2017 by Grub Street and New York Magazine.
In 2021, chef William Shen joined Riviera Dining Group as Executive Chef for their brand new concept, V by Mila, in South Beach, Miami.
