Windfall (Mike Barkhoff Film)

Windfall is a 2020 American film and the second feature film from director Mike Barkhoff. Written, edited, and starring Barkhoff as well, it also stars Ashtun O'Rourke, Jarrod Van Hauen, Travis Barkhoff, Tyler Fulks, Mason Gronen, Shae, and Yung Bong. The film was released May 8th, 2020, after sitting unfinished following it's last day of production in January 2019. The soundtrack, also done by Barkhoff, was released May 15th, 2020. It follows Barkhoff's debut feature film Infinite (2018 film).

The film follows Marcus Crawsley, a parking lot employee down on his luck and tired of his world's redundancies. After finding a large sum of money in one of the stairwells he cleans, he is approached by a man looking for it who is willing to kill for it. While acting in self defense, Marcus bites off much more than he can chew and becomes thrusted into a dark and dangerous crime world. It received positive reviews from an online community.
