Wing War is a shoot 'em up game for Atari 2600 developed by Imagic and released in 1983 in European regions. A North American release was planned but the game fell victim to the video game crash on the same year and became an obscure game. It is the only Imagic game never released in North America.[1] The player controls a dragon in gameplay that is inspired by Joust as it defends its land. The dragon flies around defeating other mythological creatures with the goal being to collect treasure and eggs, the latter of which act as extra lives.[2]
