Wiseek is a financial technology platform that uses artificial intelligence to monitor and analyze U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings and stock-market news in real time. Overview
Wiseek continuously ingests SEC filings and company announcements and publishes them in a real-time news feed. Each item receives an algorithmic importance score and sentiment label. Users can create personalized watchlists and receive notifications by email or Telegram.
The platform also includes a stock scanner, a dilution tracker, a stock-split calendar, sector directories, daily market recaps, and a dictionary of SEC filing types intended to explain the different forms companies file with the regulator.
