History
Work & Co opened in May 2013, founded by Gene Liebel, Felipe Memoria, Joe Stewart, Mohan Ramaswamy and Marcelo Eduardo.[6] The company is partner-owned and focused on three disciplines: engineering, design, and product strategy.
Philosophy and Expertise
The company designs and develops digital products and services. It works with clients with senior-focused teams — each project team includes at least one company partner who is actively engaged in the work.[7]
It has taken a page from Google and Facebook in that it hires proactively, not based on new assignments.[8] Over 40% of Work & Co employees are not U.S. born; the company has stated that having design and development talent helps it bring a broad global perspective to business.
