World Designing Forum is an international fashion design organization based in Noida, India.[1] It aims to promote sustainable and inclusive fashion,[2] to preserve and promote India's handicraft culture, and support local artists and weavers who work on Indian handlooms.[3][4][5] It organizes national and international fashion shows and award shows for the promotion of designers.[6][7] In April 2023 the WDF promoted members' work at the World Designing Conclave in Goa.[8] The forum invited over 200 Indian designers to the event,[9] displaying over 30 types of handmade fabrics by over 100 weavers, including biodegradable designs.[10]
In February 2023, World Designing Forum participated in an awards ceremony at the Taj Mahotsav event in Agra,[11] where models wore clothes designed by WDF members on the ramp.[12][13][14]
