History & Acquisitions

Founded in 2019, and headquartered in California, Worldly was originally established as Higg Inc. In May 2023, the company rebranded as Worldly to reflect its focus into broader supply chain intelligence capabilities and expansion into categories beyond apparel.

In 2025, Worldly acquired the assets of Fair Factories Clearinghouse (FFC), a nonprofit organization specializing in labor and social impact assessment within supply chains.
