Wrestling Theology Fellowship (also known as WTF or Wrestling Theology) is an American independent professional wrestling promotion and ministry based out of Carmel, Indiana. It was founded by Rich Abbott in 2017.[1][2]

The Origin[edit]
Wrestling Theology started out purely as a ministry with wrestling fans getting together and watching events and sharing their faith in 2016.[3] In 2017, Wrestling Theology promoted their first public event 'An Evening with Lex Luger and Nikita Koloff'.[4] They followed that up with similar events including bringing Jimmy Hart to the Indy Pop Con convention in Indianapolis, IN.[5] They eventually promoted their first wrestling show on April 7th, 2017 called 'Wrestling Theology presents Fearless.'[6]
Wrestling Theology Champions[edit]
Wrestling Theology has 3 main champions featured on their shows. The main event champion; the Wrestling Theology Belt of Truth Champion, the Wrestling Theology United States Champion, and the Wrestling Theology Tag Team Champions.[7]
