Wutivi University is a private higher education establishment located in Mozambique in the province of Maputo, municipality of Boane, Belo Horizonte,[1] Avenida da Namaacha number 188.
The university arose following the growth of the Higher Institute of Technologies and Management (ISTEG) founded in 2008 and transformed into a university in 2014, by Decree 105/2014 of December 31st of the Council of Ministers, changing the category to the Wu/vi University (UniTiva).
At UniTiva, teaching is in person, online, at a distance, and hybrid for undergraduate and postgraduate courses (Masters and Doctorate). UniTiva also has a secondary school called “Escola Secundária da UniTiva” which teaches from 7th Grade to 12th Grade, a medical post, student residences, in addition to a fleet of buses to transport students.[2]

Responding to national, regional and international development needs, Wutivi University's mission is to contribute to academic, professional and technological development, permanent and flexible, of technicians in the areas of natural sciences, techniques and technological, social, human and arts, from an interdisciplinary perspective, through teaching, research and extension.
