YMCA Fairthorne Group is a regional branch of YMCA England and Wales affliated to the YMCA world council. Within the YMCA internationally different areas and regions run separately to each other under the same values system.

The Fairthorne Group of YMCAs runs centres in Andover, Basingstoke, Easleigh, Portsmouth, Southampton and the Isle of Wight. Its head office is in Southampton. It also owns and runs Fairthorne Manor, from which it takes its name.

YMCA Fairthorne Group runs 13 childcare settings. The charity also runs housing for young people at risk and focusing on creating community settings where all of society can access its work. The president of the charity is currently the Bishop of Winchester
