Yael Yurman is a Canadian actress. She is best known for playing Marah in the drama series Firefly Lane and Clara Sampson in the sci-fi series The Man in the High Castle.

Early life

Yurman was born in Vancouver, Canada on June 28, 2001. She has one brother. Her parents were supportive of her when she started acting at a young age.[1]

Career

Yurman made her on screen debut portraying Anastasia in the fantasy adventure series Once Upon a Time. She had a small role in her film debut, playing a freshman in the teen romantic comedy To All the Boys I've Loved Before. She played the lead role of Olivia in the short film Lifelines for which she received a Joey Award.[2] Her first big role came playing Clara Sampson in the sci-fi series The Man in the High Castle. She also had a recurring role as Aviva on the streaming drama series Sacred Lies and made a one-off appearance on the thriller series Snowpiercer starring Jennifer Connolly.[3] Her biggest role so far has been playing Marah in the Netflix series Firefly Lane.[4]
