Yago Boss is an electronic music producer and DJ known for his work across multiple electronic music genres, particularly melodic house, vocal house and future rave. His productions are characterized by emotional melodies, vocal elements and energetic structures designed for both dance floors and personal listening.

Early life

Yago Boss developed an early interest in electronic music during childhood, experimenting with sound using cassette recordings, voice effects and improvised audio techniques.

In 2001, he founded the rock band The Crews, an early musical project that later influenced the melodic sensibility and narrative structure present in his electronic productions.

Career

Yago Boss began producing electronic music in 2007. Over the years he has worked across several subgenres of electronic dance music before focusing primarily on melodic house, vocal house and future rave.

His productions have been distributed through digital platforms such as Beatport and Spotify.[1][2]

In 2014 he released the album Loading. A limited physical edition of the album was produced using a black compact disc manufactured with vinyl-inspired materials and textured surfaces, accompanied by a photographic booklet.

Selected tracks from his catalogue include "Come Closer", "Lights" and "Fuck Renegade".

International collaborations

In 2019, Yago Boss released the track "Fuck Renegade", featuring Cameroonian singer and songwriter Cool H Franky performing French-language vocals. The track was distributed on digital platforms including Beatport, Spotify and Apple Music.[3]

An earlier version of the track was released in 2015 featuring American rapper Jswan.[4]

Musical style

Throughout his career, Yago Boss has explored a variety of electronic music styles. His productions are known for melodic structures, emotional progression and dynamic drops oriented toward club performance and digital listening platforms.
