Yemi Mobolade
Yemi Mobolade is a Nigerian-American businessman and politician. He is a candidate for mayor of Colorado Springs, Colorado, in the 2023 election.
Mobolade is from Lagos, Nigeria.[1] He immigrated to the United States and graduated from Bethel University in 2001.[2] He served as the small business development manager for Colorado Springs, Colorado.[3]
In April 2022, Mobolade announced his candidacy for mayor of Colorado Springs in the 2023 election as an independent politician.[4] In the nonpartisan blanket primary, held on April 4, Mobolade finished in first place, advancing to the runoff election.[5]
