Yoroyoro

Yoroyoro is a dish eaten in Dagbon and other parts of Ghana. It is made from maize and eaten with powdered pepper, oil and onions.

Ingredients

The primary ingredient for yoroyoro is maize. Another similar food is Bombeega, which is made of maize mixed with small amounts of beans and other ingredients.
