Youston (also known as Youston Co-living or Youston Living) is a Lithuania-founded co-living brand with projects in Vilnius, Prague and Riga. In 2025 Lithuanian media reported an additional conversion project planned in central London. The brand is associated with Kaita Group via its subsidiary Kaita Living.[1][2]

History

In March 2023, Baltic Asset Management and Hanner acquired the Hotel Vítkov in Prague’s Žižkov district to convert it into a Youston-branded co-living project. The planned €14 million investment envisaged around 100 small flats with shared facilities.[3] In 2025, Lithuanian media reported on a Youston conversion project planned in central London.[1]

Youston operates residential buildings that combine private units with shared kitchens, leisure areas and workspaces. The model is described in coverage of the Prague acquisition and the brand’s subsequent expansion.[3]
