Youth in Action

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Youth In Action is a non-connected PAC, political action committee, that strives to empower youth to take charge of their future through becoming involved politically. Youth In Action PAC believes that age does not compromise one's experience, passion, or ability to work for what they believe in.[1]

In 2018, Youth In Action focuses on endorsing progressive Democratic candidates. Youth In Action PAC has a special interest in helping Democratic candidates that are running to win a Republican-held seat and/or have a strong Republican opponent. The endorsed campaigns provide internship opportunities to members, as well as official positions occasionally.

Youth in Action has two ultimate goals: one is to engage youth to become more active in politics, government, and advocacy, as well as to start building their professional profile and network. Number two is to endorse and assist candidates that are running in the 2018 midterm elections.

Youth in Action dedicated and actively involved in all of the candidate's campaigns by assisting with consulting, fundraising, phone banking, among others.
