Yushania weixiensis (Chinese: 竹扫子; pinyin: zhú sào zi) is a species of bamboo in the family Poaceae, described by T.P. Yi.[1] It is native to Yunnan province in south-central China, named after Weixi County, and grows in the temperate biome.[1] The species has been used in comparison studies to distinguish newly described Yushania taxa from the Kunming area.[2]
