Yusuke Nakano

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Yusuke Nakano (中野 祐輔, Nakano Yusuke) is an artist who has made artwork for most video games in The Legend of Zelda series, developed by Nintendo, since The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. He has worked on other Nintendo games, including games in the Super Mario, Mario Kart, Mario Golf, and Mario Tennis series. Twilight Princess was the first game that Nakano was involved with from the beginning of development. Nakano claims that this game was the one that he enjoyed working on the most since he got to do the kind of art that he liked best.[1] Nakano has been influenced by a number of artists. When he was young he was mostly into Japanese comics and animation, but later developed an interest in American comics and fantasy art, such as that of Frank Frazetta. His most recent favorite artists include Ashley Wood and Phil Hale.
