Yuwantika rai is a nepali mountaineer, social leader, and political activist. She successfully simmited Mount Everest[1] [2]on 13 may 2022 at 6:50 AM, marking one of the most significent achievement of her mountaineering career. she has also climbed Lobuche peak (6,100 meters) twice, demonstrating consistency, endurance, and high-altitude expertise. Beyond mountaineering, she is actively involved in social service and leadership. she served as the Chartered President of Lions Club Kathmandu Rise, contributing to community development and humanitarian initiatives. in politics, she active member of CPN(UML). She was elected as a District Committee Member from Ilam during the 11th Party Congress. Additionally, she was elected as a Committee Member of the National Youth Federation Nepal from the 11th Congress[3], reflecting her commitment to youth leadership and national development. Through her achievements in sports, social service, and politics, she continues to inspire youth and contribute to Nepal's progress.
Early life and education
yuwantika was born in Nepal and completed her higher secondary education in the Science stream through all India council for open education. During her high school years, she gained experience in modeling, include appearances in music videos. she also has practical experience in agriculture and farming. and currently pursuing her studies in political science at RR campus in Kathmandu.
Career
from her high school she has involved in politics and social work. She has participated in various social initiatives and community activities, demonstrating a strong commitment to public service and social development.
