Zac Amico
Comment: Hi, right now it's not clear to me that this person meets our general notability guideline. The IMDB source is not reliable, and the remaining ones do not look independent of him. There are also some issues with neutral POV- like saying he is Template:Tq is only for quoting in talk and project pages. Do not use it in actual articles. Zzz plant (talk) 04:16, 20 July 2026 (UTC)

Zac Amico is an American stand-up comedian, actor, filmmaker, and podcast broadcaster based in Brooklyn, New York City. He is best known for his work within the New York alternative comedy scene, his association with Troma Entertainment, and his frequent appearances across the GaS Digital Network.[1]
Early life
Amico was raised in New Jersey.[2] He developed an early interest in horror films and independent cinema, which would later heavily influence his comedic style and creative output.
Career
Stand-up and roast comedy
Amico is recognized for his dark, unfiltered comedic style and is widely regarded as an elite roast joke writer within the industry.[3] He became a regular competitor and prominent fixture in the New York branch of Roastmasters—a live one-on-one insult comedy tournament created by Jeff Ross and Brian Moses, hosted at The Stand Comedy Club in Manhattan.[1]
He has contributed joke writing material to various high-profile comedy roasts, including those for Whitney Cummings, Luis J. Gomez, and Big Jay Oakerson.

Amico achieved an unofficial title of associate director on select Troma films, a structural distinction shared by very few in the company's history, such as filmmaker James Gunn.

- Zac Amico's Morning Zoo: A comedic drive-time style broadcast featuring news commentary, wild storytelling, and a rotating panel of comedians, pro-wrestling personalities, and underground artists.
- Bi Guys: A podcast co-hosted with comedian Ian Fidance.
Professional wrestling
Outside of traditional comedy venues, Amico moonlights within the independent professional wrestling circuit. Utilizing his verbal skills, he acts as an on-screen manager for various promotions, including Catalyst Wrestling and Pro Wrestling Magic.
