Zac Rogers is an academic from Adelaide, South Australia. Currently an independent researcher based at Flinders Univeristy[1], his research combines a traditional grounding in national security, intelligence, and defence with emerging fields of social cybersecurity, digital anthropology, and democratic resilience, working closely with industry and government partners across multiple projects. Zac has published in journals including International Affairs[2], The Cyber Defense Review, Joint Force Quarterly[3], and Australian Quarterly[4], and communicates with a wider audience across various multimedia platforms regularly. He is a vocal critic of the intrusive role that digital technologies have played in society since their adoption. In 2021, his first book "Parasitoid" was published by the Circus Bazaar Company[5].

He is also the managing editor of Circus Bazaar Magazine[6] and guest edited their first print edition entitled Catching tigers in red weather; The politics of science and technology in a new century of fear.[7]
