Born in Chirathilatt House as the son of Very Rev. C. John Cor-Episcopa and Mrs. Lissy on 19 August 1978, His Grace belongs to the parish of St. Mary’s Orthodox Church, Vakathanam-Puthenchantha under Kottayam diocese. Zachariah Mar Severios is a Metropolitan of Idukki Orthodox Diocese of Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church[1][2] [3] [4]
Metropolitan
He was elected as the Metropolitan candidate on 25 February 2022 at the Malankara Association held at Kolenchery. He was consecrated as Metropolitan on 28 July 2022 at St. Mary's Orthodox Cathedral, Pazhanji.[5]
