Alexander Thorndike Sprague, also known as Zander Sprague (February 25, 1968), is an American Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), author, and speaker.[1][2]
Early life and education[edit]
Sprague completed his BA from Pitzer College in 1991 and Master's from Palo Alto University in 2015.[3][4][5]
Career[edit]
Sprague developed 30 Days to a Positive Pathway, a self-study program.[3][4][5] His training programs also include EPIC Jumpstart and EPIC Excellence.[6][7][8][9]
Sprague is the author of EPIC Begins With 1 Step Forward: How To Plan, Achieve, and Enjoy The Journey and Making Lemonade: Choosing A Positive Pathway After Losing Your Sibling.[10][11][12] His latest book is Why Don't They Cry? Understanding Your Living Child's Grief. He also hosts an Epic Begins podcast in 2023.[3][13][14][15]
