Zeynep Hülya Gümüş
Zeynep Hülya Gümüş is a Turkish-American geneticist. She is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Genetics and Genomics and the Icahn Institute for Data Science and Genomic Technology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, NY. Her research is at the interface of cancer genomics and data visualization.
Born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Bogazici University and PhD from Princeton University, under the supervision of Christodoulos Floudas.
