Zoë (Zeauxi) Council is an American actor, model, artist and musician.

Zoë Emmanuelle Castro Council was born in New York City to Emlie Council (née Castro), a writer and associate creative director, and Jodi Council, a soccer coach and professor at Pepperdine University. She has Filipino, Nigerian and English ancestry.

Council grew up in Rancho Palos Verdes and attended Palos Verdes Peninsula High School. She has a background in performing arts, dance and classical music. She participated in the South Bay Children's Choir under the direction of Diane Simons, as well as the Norris Center for the Performing Arts.

In 2014, she attended the Berklee College of Music summer program in Valencia, Spain, where she met producer, Adriaan (Introverse) Philipse.

In 2015, she attended the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU Tisch as a performance entrepreneur, before dropping out to pursue her music career.

In 2016, Council started working on her album, “Demos,” formerly known as “life, God with us.”

Council gained exposure to the fashion industry through her performances as a musician.

In 2018, Council released “July on Film”, which gained traction from celebrities such as Shay Mitchell and Grimes, who would feature “July on Film” on her episode of BBC Radio 1.

Later, she started working for streetwear brand, Rare Panther as creative director/production assistant. After years of content creation for her own brand, Zeauxi, as well as in collaboration with Rare Panther, Council began reaching out to photographers to refine her skills as a photographer, and ultimately, model. Council booked her first modeling job with photographer, Jorden Keith. After landing a major campaign with Forever 21 X Kodak, Council shot another campaign for Plaza Las Vegas with Brooke Olimpieri shortly after.

Coinciding with the start of her modeling career, Council started taking acting classes under Lisa Milillo at the Baron Brown Studio in Santa Monica, California.

In 2019, Council signed to Muse Model Management in New York City and two years later to Photogenics in Los Angeles.

In 2022, Council signed to SILO: Music as an artist with sync representation.
