Team Biographies[edit]
Justin Stamper[edit]
Justin Stamper is born and raised in Orlando, Florida. At a young age, Justin found himself bitten by the real estate bug, when his childhood home was being auctioned off. [8] He owns a boutique brokerage firm with co-host Ashlee Casserly, called Blueprint Real Estate Group, located in the Antique District of Orlando.[9] After appearing on the front page of the Orlando Sentinel[10], in 2015, Justin was approached by Pilgrim Studios to film Zombie House Flipping.[11]
Keith Ori[edit]
Keith Ori grew up in the pre-Revolutionary War town of Hummelstown, PA, causing him to develop an appreciation for older houses at a very young age.[12] In 2002, Keith began his rehabbing career, by purchasing a second home for his family and using his original home as a rental property. After rehabbing the entire property, Keith found that he was bitten by the rehab bug and decided to continue to rehab other rentals and properties.
In 2008, Keith was able to be minimally affected by the housing collapse by starting a company that prepared foreclosed houses for resale and handling 3,000 houses in 18 months. Keith has renovated over 100 homes and is a two-time winner of City of Orlando’s Historic Preservation Award (2013 & 2017)[13]
Ashlee Casserly[edit]
Ashlee Casserly-Greenberg is a realtor, home flipper, broker, and designer from the Irish Midlands. After receiving her bachelor’s degree from Galway, Ireland, she moved to the US to realize her dreams.[14] In 2007, she received her real estate license, and despite a few setbacks, she was able to succeed and now enjoys a successful career. After living and exploring many places in America, like LA, San Francisco, DC, Miami and finally Orlando, she found that buying, rehabbing, and selling properties in Orlando is where her heart truly laid. In her free time, she has found much enjoyment spending time with her husband, children, golden-doodle, and friends.[15]
